Compass connects pregnant women to the resources they need to be physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy throughout their pregnancy and beyond. All of our services are always free to our clients, we offer pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, education, support, and supplies for pregnancy through parenting children birth to age 3. We also have a monthly fatherhood group for men, and both post-abortion and infant loss support groups. We are located at 283 Don Knotts Blvd, Morgantown, WV 26501.
