I fondly remember participating in my local library's summer reading program as a child. I'm passionate about encouraging literacy; the summer reading program is a great way to do that. These local libraries have created and worked hard to provide their communities with fun events, activities, prizes, and more. Don't forget that most libraries offer an adult reading program, too!
